Delivery

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday.

Carriage charges by Royal Mail First Class for orders under £100:
UK Mainland – £3.99
For orders over £100 delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

Returns

Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of their receipt. Our full terms and conditions are available on request.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contact with us or 14 days of receipt of the order unless the goods have been specially made for you. If you return the goods unopened (other than their outer packaging) or unused, to the delivery note address, we will refund you for the goods. This is only applicable to private consumers and not if used in the course of a business.
